Terrie and Richard Floyd are the artists of Laughing Moon and have been creating since 1967, their pieces are handmade in San Diego California. The Floyds have made a family tradition of collecting and giving pendulum clocks as gifts. These pieces are endearing to children and with adults they connect to the special child within each of us.
